Edil San Felice awarded €10.4 million contract by ASPI for network maintenance and
regeneration works
Four -year framework agreement signed
Naples, 11 September 2026. Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit (“the Company” or “Edil San Felice”), a leading integrated operator active in the maintenance and redevelopment of critical infra-
structure in Italy and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has been awarded, following a public tender procedure, a new contract by Autostrade per l’Italia for a total value of €10.4 million.
The four -year Framework Agreement covers maintenance, improvement and regeneration works on the A13, D13, D23 and R13 sections under the responsibility of Autostrade per l’Italia’s Bologna Branch Directorate III.
The works will be aimed at improving the safety, functionality and durability of the motorway infra-
structure concerned through the regeneration of concrete structures, volume restoration works, struc-
tural strengthening, works on expansion joints, waterproofing, water collection and drainage systems, and subsequent resurfacing.
The activities may also be carried out while traffic remains in operation and through both daytime and night -time worksites, requiring careful planning of the various work phases, direct supervision of op-
erational activities and compliance with the safety standards applicable to works carried out on the motorway network.
The contract further strengthens Edil San Felice’s positioning in the field of advanced maintenance and regeneration of motorway infrastructure, confirming the Company’s ability to operate on strategic assets through specialist technical expertise, direct management of worksites and a strong local pres-
ence.
