Dura Sverige AB (publ) (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") has mandated Pareto Securities AB and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige to arrange fixed income investor meetings starting on 18 September 2026, to explore the possibility of issuing senior secured callable floating rate bonds due 2029 in an expected amount of SEK 500,000,000 (the "Bonds"), and provides in connection herewith a trading update. A capital market transaction may follow, subject to market conditions.

Bonds
The Bonds will have a tenor of three years from the first issue date and carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR (3 months) plus a margin, payable quarterly in arrears. The net proceeds from the bond issue are intended to be used for refinancing the Company’s existing senior secured bonds (ISIN NO0013262378) (the "Existing Bonds"), paying transaction costs, and financing general corporate purposes of the Group (including investments and acquisitions).
The Company will, conditional upon the successful issuance of the Bonds, redeem all Existing Bonds at an amount of 104.25 per cent. of the nominal amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Existing Bonds.
Pareto Securities AB and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige will act as bookrunners in respect of the issuance of the Bonds. BAHR Advokatbyrå AB will act as legal advisor to the Company and Roschier Advokatbyrå AB will act as legal advisor to the bookrunners.
