Milan, July 9, 2026 - The Board of Directors of Dotstay S.p.A. (“Dotstay” or the “Company”), a company active in the real estate sector as a relocation and property management operator for medium-to-long-term rentals, with shares traded on Euronext Growth Milan - Professional Segment, reviewed today the key performance indicators (“KPI”) related to properties as of June 30, 20261.
Below is the detailed comparison with the same data as of March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2025.

Although the total number of properties managed shows a natural decrease compared to the previous quarter, due to portfolio optimization, the comparison with June 30, 2025 shows an increase in the total units managed, driven by the growth in properties under direct lease, which represent a strategic element of our business model.”
