Dividend Distribution: €0.045 (gross) per share for 2025 & Announcement of ex-dividend date/dividend payment date

The ex-dividend date has been set to Monday, 24.08.2026, on which the Company's shares will be traded on the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens without the right to the 2025 fiscal year dividend (ex-dividend date). The beneficiaries of the dividend are the shareholders who are registered in the records of the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) of the “Euronext Securities Athens” as of Tuesday, 25.08.2026 (Record Date). Payment of the dividend will commence on Friday, 28.08.2026, through Piraeus Bank.
