Declaration of Dividend
Foresight Solar is pleased to announce the second interim dividend, for the period 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026, of 2.025 pence per ordinary share. The shares will go ex-dividend on 22 October 2026 and the payment will be made on 20 November 2026 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 23 October 2026.
The Board confirms Foresight Solar's annual dividend target of 8.10 pence per ordinary share for the 2026 financial year.
