Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend of 3.50 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2027. The interim dividend will be paid on 13 November 2026 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 October 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 15 October 2026.
Dividend Re-Investment Scheme (DRIS)
There will be no DRIS available with the interim dividend.
