Dividend Declaration
The Directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of 1.20 pence per ordinary share in respect of the period from 30 June 2025 to 31 December 2025:
Ex-Dividend Date - 1 October 2026
Record Date - 2 October 2026
Payment Date - 16 October 2026
The Company has elected to designate the interim dividend for the period as an interest distribution to its ordinary shareholders.

On 20 December 2023, shareholders approved the implementation of the Managed Wind-down of the Company. Accordingly, the Company's investment objective was restated as follows: "The Company aims to conduct an orderly realisation of the assets of the Company, to be effected in a manner that seeks to achieve a balance between returning cash to Shareholders promptly and maximising value."
