Further
to the
announcement
made
on 24
February
2026,
BPER
Banca
S.p.A.
informs
that
the
definitive
transfer
agreement
regarding
the
disposal
of six
bank
branches
to the
BCC
Iccrea
Group
were
signed
today.
Four
branches
were
sold
to BCC
Busto
Garolfo
e
Buguggiate
and two
branches
to BCC
Cantù.
The
disposal,
carried
out in
compliance
with
the
authorization
granted
by the
Italian
Competition
Authority
in the
context
of the
acquisition
and
subsequent
merger
of
Banca
Popolare
di
Sondrio
S.p.A.
into
BPER
Banca,
will
take
legal
effect
on
Monday,
21 Se
ptember
2026.
