Disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act regarding change in holdings

Optomed Plc (“Optomed” or the “Company”) has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (as amended, the “SMA”) from Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy (“Notifier”). According to the notification, the aggregate holding of the investment funds managed by Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy, Säästöpankki Pienyhtiöt and Säästöpankki Kotimaa, in Optomed’s shares and voting rights amounted to 4.91 per cent of all registered shares and voting rights in Optomed on 6 October 2026.

The total number of the Company’s registered shares amounts to 21 495 911 shares. Each share carries one vote.
