DISCLOSURE OF TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AS AT THE “RECORD
DATE”
Marina di Carrara, Carrara, 22 September 2026 – In view of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (" TISG " or the " Company "), convened for 30 September 2026, the Company hereby discloses, pursuant to Article 85 -
bis, paragraph 4 -bis, of the Regulation adopted by CONSOB Resolution No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, the total number of voting rights, together with the number of shares comprising the share capital, as at the date referred to in Article 83 -sexies, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998, i.e. 21 September 2026 (" Record Date ").
