Directors' Dealings and Holdings,
Result of AGM
Ajax (AQSE: AJAX), the natural resources investment company, is pleased to announce the results of its annual general meeting for the year to 28 February 2026 ("AGM") held earlier today. The Company also announces the purchase of Ordinary Shares by its Chief Executive Officer, Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, and by Elmlea Properties Limited, a company in which Michael Hutchinson, Chairman of Ajax, has an advisory involvement.
Directors' Dealings and Holdings
Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Mr Cattaneo's total interest is 20,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.82% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Elmlea Properties Limited ("Elmlea"), a company in which Michael Hutchinson, Chairman of Ajax, has an advisory involvement, has purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr Hutchinson is not a director of Elmlea and holds no executive or managerial role within it. Following the purchase, Mr Hutchinson has an interest in an aggregate of 4,622,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.85% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, including the Ordinary Shares held by Elmlea.
Result of AGM
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed. The full voting results of the AGM are as follows:
