Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, today announces that Rahul Welde will be stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and retire from the Board with effect from 31 July 2026.
Pierre Bouchut, Board Chair, said: "I would like to thank Rahul for his contribution to the Entain Board over the last four years. Rahul leaves with our thanks and best wishes for his future endeavours."
Rahul Welde said "I have enjoyed the privilege of working with the Entain Board and believe the Company is well placed for future success."
