The Board of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') is deeply saddened to announce the death of Joanne Fintzen, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Jo joined the Board in 2022 and throughout her tenure, made an invaluable contribution through her experience, insight and sound judgement.
Victoria Stewart, Chair of the Company, said:
"On behalf of the Board and everyone at the Company, I would like to express our profound sadness at the loss of Jo. She demonstrated remarkable dedication and resilience throughout her service and was a much-valued colleague whose wisdom, warmth and commitment made a lasting contribution to the Company. She will be missed by her colleagues and by all who had the privilege of working with her. Our heartfelt condolences are with her family, friends and loved ones at this very difficult time."
