The Board of Ibstock Plc (the 'Company') announces that Adepeju Adebajo, Independent Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of her intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 23 September 2026, in order to pursue other opportunities.
The Board will shortly commence a process, led by the Nomination Committee, to identify and appoint a suitable successor, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Commenting on the announcement, Richard Akers, Chair of the Board, said, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Peju for the valuable contribution she has made to the Company since her appointment as a Non-Executive Director in 2021. We wish her continued success in the future."
This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R.
