Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS), the UK Main Market listed company, announces today that Matthew Lodge has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on his other business interests.
The Board would like to thank Mathew for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure and wishes him well for the future.
The Company confirms that there are no matters relating to Matthew's resignation that require disclosure under the UK Listing Rules or that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
