Due to a need to reduce his commitments, Christopher Metcalfe will retire from the Board on 5 August 2026.
The Company has benefited immensely from Christopher's wide ranging investment experience since he joined the Board in March 2024.
The Board thanks Christopher for his wise counsel throughout his period of appointment.
The process to recruit a replacement non-executive director to the Board is underway.
