Director Retirement and Change in the Chairman of the Board, Engagement and Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Senior Independent Director
Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 28 July 2026, Andrew Watkins retired as a non-executive director of the Company. Andrew was the Chairman of the Board and the Nomination Committee.
As indicated within the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, Stephen Mitchell has now become the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Stephen was the Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Engagement and Remuneration Committee and as a consequence, Angus Pottinger has now taken on these roles from Stephen.
The Company would like to thank Andrew for his significant contribution as a non-executive director and then as Chairman.
