AFFINITY WATER ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
16 September 2026
Affinity Water Limited ("Affinity Water") announces that Roxana Tataru, non-executive director and shareholder representative of Allianz Global Investors is to step down from the Board after five years' service on 16 September 2026 and Sebastian Schwengber has been appointed to the Board effective same date.
Sebastian brings almost a decade of experience in infrastructure investment management and is currently a Director at Allianz Global Investors, where he focusses on the management of portfolio companies in a variety of infrastructure sectors, including regulated utilities, energy, transportation and telecommunications.
Chair of Affinity Water, Mike Brown said:
