Retirement of Executive Director
Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held 22nd September 2026, the Company announces the retirement of Ceri Richards as Non-Executive Director of Mutual Energy Limited, the Company's ultimate parent company, and its 4 regulated businesses Moyle Interconnector Limited, Premier Transmission Limited, Belfast Gas Transmission Limited, and West Transmission Limited. The Board extends their warm thanks and appreciation to Ceri for her contribution to the Company, as a Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, during her tenure.
The Company further announces that Alexandra Lewis, who joined the Board on 1 January 2026, will succeed Ceri Richards as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee with immediate effect.
