Director’s dealing
Wellnex Life Limited (ASX/AIM: WNX) ("Wellnex Life" or the "Company") has been notified by Jeffrey Yeh, non-executive director of Wellnex Life, that on 30 September 2026 entities of which Mr Yeh is the ultimate beneficial owner disposed of a total of 4,423,086 shares in the Company by way of off-market transactions at an average price of AUD$0.08 per share.
JYSF Management Pty Ltd: 3,519,790 shares
Kirby Superannuation Pty Ltd: 803,096 shares
Following this transactions, Mr Yeh is interested, directly and indirectly, in 100,200 Wellnex Life shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Appendix 3Y form, lodged with the ASX, is set out further below.
