TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the international wealth, asset management and financial services group, announces that John Beverley, Executive Director, purchased 31,250 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15.9 pence per share on 29 July 2026.
Following this purchase, Mr Beverley's interest comprises 5,260,627 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
