TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the international wealth, asset management and financial services group, announces that John Beverley, Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15.5 pence per share on 24 July 2026.
Following this purchase, Mr Beverley's interest comprises 5,229,377 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.23% of the Company's issued share capital, inclusive of the shares recently issued as NEBA deferred consideration.
