The Company provides notification of the following transaction relating to the interests of the below named PDMR in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Share(s)') (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The transaction arises out of the PDMR's existing participation in a dividend reinvestment service operated in connection with the PDMR's personal share dealing account, pursuant to which the cash dividend paid on the PDMR's existing shareholding in the Company was automatically reinvested in Shares in the Company. All of the Shares were purchased on 22 September 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 490.03 pence per Share.
