Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance market, was informedon 29 September 2026 that Mr John Chambers, Non-Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, on the same day, sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 237.5 pence per share through Fairburn Continuation Limited, a person closely associated with Mr Chambers, and subsequently purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 237.5 pence per share into his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP"), in order to effect a “Bed and SIPP” trade. Mr Chambers’ and persons closely associated with Mr Chambers’ total interest remains unchanged at 600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9% of voting rights of the Company.
