Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
Darryl Lewis (currently UK Managing Director) will be appointed as CEO, Canada with effect from 1 November 2026, following the completion of Laurence Keen's 6-month fixed term in this role.
As Darryl Lewis will be located in Canada for tax purposes and employed by a Canadian subsidiary, he will no longer be eligible for the UK tax advantages offered under the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme. Darryl has therefore elected to withdraw his cash contributions made in accordance with savings contracts under the Company's 2025 and 2026 SAYE schemes, and therefore the options granted to him under those schemes have lapsed.
