Chesnara plc (CSN.L) announces that Shirley Lonie, a Person Closely Associated with Group Company Secretary Al Lonie, who is a PDMR of the Company, has acquired 19,493 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the exercising by Al Lonie of options under the 2023 Chesnara Long-Term Incentive Scheme. Following the exercise and the allotment of his shares to his PCA, Al Lonie now holds a total interest in 67,553 Ordinary Shares (including Ordinary Shares held by a PCA).
