NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
We have been notified on behalf of Dame Hannah Rothschild CBE of the following transaction involving the £1 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares").
