Director/PDMR Shareholding
FRP Advisory Group plc, a leading national specialist business advisory firm,announces that on 26 August 2026, Gavin Jones, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, instructed the exercise of nil cost options over 141,807 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). These options were satisfied using Ordinary Shares held in the Company’s Employee Benefit Trust. Furthermore, on 26 August 2026 Mr Jones instructed the sale of a sufficient number of Ordinary Shares to satisfy personal income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the option exercise. This resulted in the sale of 66,884 Ordinary Shares.
Following completion of these transactions, Mr Jones beneficially holds 328,604 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
