Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
M&G plc (the 'Company') announces changes to the interests in the Company of Shawn Gamble, Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, following the vest of awards under the M&G Performance Share Plan 2019 (PSP) and M&G Deferred Incentive Plan 2019 (DIP).
On 28 September 2026, a recruitment award granted under the PSP to Ms. Gamble on 3 April 2025 vested and entered a post-vest holding period ending on 28 September 2028.
On 30 September 2026, a recruitment award granted under the DIP to Ms Gamble on 3 April 2025 vested and entered a post-vest holding period ending on 31 March 2027.
Both awards will be held gross of tax during the applicable holding periods.
Additionally, on 30 September 2026, a nil-cost option recruitment award over 87,953 shares granted on 3 April 2025 to Ms. Gamble under the M&G Performance Share Plan 2019 (PSP) vested and became exercisable.
