Liontrust announces that on 26 August 2026 it was notified that Martin Gilbert, Non-executive Director, received 172,540 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to River Global PLC's return of capital to its A shareholders, including Mr Gilbert, following the completion of the acquisition of River Global Holdings Limited by the Company.
