Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Ross Pearson, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), transferred 11,102,726 ordinary shares of 0.002p each ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration from his personal trading account to his Individual Savings Account ("ISA") on 28 July 2026.
In connection with the transfer, the broker charged a fee of £15, which was satisfied through the sale of 8,386 Ordinary Shares. As a result, Mr Pearson's beneficial holding in the Company has reduced by 8,386 Ordinary Shares.
Following the transaction, Ross Pearson's beneficial interest in the Company is 12,491,614 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.155% of the Company's issued share capital.
