Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 13 August 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, pursuant to an automatic dividend reinvestment scheme purchased 9,090 shares in the Company at a price of 83.95 pence per share.
Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 509,090 shares in the Company representing approximately 6.4% per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
