("MAB" or the "Company")
Directors' Shareholdings and PDMR notification
The Company announces that a total of 278,761 options over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") ("Options") have been granted on 15 June 2026 to certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") of MAB in the proportions specified in the table below. The Options have been granted under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Long-Term Incentive Plan, and the exercise of the Options is subject to the achievement of a performance condition based on growth in adjusted earnings per share ("Performance Condition") over the period of 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. Subject to achievement of the Performance Condition, the Options will become exercisable on 31 March 2029. The exercise price for the Options is 0.1 pence, being the nominal cost of the Shares.
