The Company announces the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") under the Company's Non-Cyclical Share Award Plan ("NCA").
As announced on 9 June 2023, an award was made to Monique Carter under the NCA following her appointment to the Executive Leadership Team, vesting in three tranches and subject to continued employment. On 3 August 2026, the final tranche of the award vested and shares sold to cover withholding taxes.
