The Company announces that on 31 July 2026 the Director ("PDMR") detailed in the table below was granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £6.272 per share.
The Sharesave Plan is a tax-advantaged Sharesave, available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.
