Persimmon Plc announces that on 29 September 2026 Andrew Duxbury, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 60,008 shares in the Company, in respect of the vesting of awards granted in 2024 as compensation for share awards forfeited on leaving his previous employer. Also on 29 September 2026, Andrew Duxbury sold 28,248 shares in the Company to settle the tax liabilities arising on the vesting of the awards.He has retained the balance of the shares.
