The Company was notified on 14 July of the following transactions relating to its Executive Directors and PDMRs:
1. Annual Bonus Scheme 2018 - Deferred Share Awards
In accordance with the Annual Bonus Scheme 2018, and in respect of annual bonuses for the year to 31 March 2026, deferred share awards over ordinary shares in Helical plc were made to Executive Directors on 14 July 2026 at the average of the closing mid-market prices for the five days to 13 July 2026 of 193.24 pence as follows:
