Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and Persons Closely Associated (“PCA”) with them
Weir PLC (the “Company”) hereby announces that Andrew Neilson, PDMR, has transferred 13,609 ordinary shares of 12.5p each (the “Shares”) in the Company for nil consideration from his existing nominee account provider, Computershare Investor Services PLC, to a nominee account held with Canaccord in his sole name.
Following this transfer, Andrew Neilson transferred 13,200 of the Shares for nil consideration to a nominee account held with Canaccord in the sole name of his spouse, Grace Neilson, PCA.
The transactions are described in more detail below.
Following the transfers, the aggregate shareholding of Andrew Neilson and Persons Closely Associated with him remains unchanged.
