In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Pete Raby, a non-executive director of the Company, will take up an appointment as a non-executive director and Chair designate of Renew Holdings plc ("Renew") with effect from 5 October 2026, and will be appointed as Chair of Renew on 27 January 2027.
