In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9, Trifast plc announces that Louis Eperjesi, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Breedon Group plc (LSE: BREE), with effect from early 2027. The appointment date will be confirmed by Breedon Group plc in due course.
