DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Mary Waldner, non-executive Director, has been appointed a non-executive director of TT Electronics plc with effect from 27 August 2026. Mary will be appointed to the board of that company as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee and will also serve on the Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee.
There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
