Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9, the Board of the Company announces that David MacLellan, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of Neuberger Private Equity Partners Limited. Mr MacLellan joined the board of Neuberger Private Equity Partners Limited with effect from today and will assume the role of Chairman on 11 December 2026.
