In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6R(3), Wickes Group Plc announces that Octavia Morley, a current Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, will replace Mark Clare as Chair of the Company’s Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 October 2026.Mark Clare will remain a member of the Committee.
