Director Change
International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', or the 'Company') announces that Stephanie Coxon has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, and the INPP Board (the 'Board') has initiated an external recruitment process for Stephanie's permanent replacement.
Stephanie informed the Board that differences of view on certain matters unrelated to the Audit Committee's business have led her to conclude that it was appropriate to step down from the Board. She has confirmed that her decision is also unrelated to the financial reporting, portfolio performance, or operational position of the Company and its portfolio, or to the Investment Adviser's conduct or performance.
Stephanie Coxon said: "INPP is an exceptional company with a high-quality portfolio of assets that continue to be well-managed, delivering 20 years of unbroken dividend growth for shareholders since listing. Having completed the preparation and publication of the reviewed 2026 interim accounts, I have decided that now is the right time to step down from the Board. I wish INPP every success."
Sarah Whitney, Chair, INPP, said: "The Company would like to thank Stephanie for her significant contributions to the Board since joining INPP as a non-executive director in 2022. Stephanie has helped oversee the Company's performance during a critical period in its history, and the Board wishes Stephanie well for the future."
Following Stephanie's resignation, which is effective immediately, Giles Adu is appointed Interim Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. All other Board committee memberships remain unchanged.
ENDS.
