Diös Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to the resolution of Diös’ 2026 Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee shall comprise the Chair of the Board and one representative of each of the four largest shareholders. The composition of the Nomination Committee shall be announced no later than six months before the Annual General Meeting. If a major shareholder declines to participate in the work of the Nomination Committee, that shareholder shall be replaced by a representative of the next-largest shareholder by voting rights. In accordance with the resolution, the following Nomination Committee has been appointed:
- Per-Gunnar Persson, Chair of the Board
- Bob Persson, representing AB Persson Invest
- Christian Erliksson, representing Backahill Inter AB
- Johannes Wingborg, representing Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB
- Pontus Åhlund, representing AB Karl Hedin
The Nomination Committee represents approximately 37 per cent of the votes in Diös Fastigheter AB (publ), based on the shareholder register as of 31 August 2026. The Nomination Committee appoints its Chair from among its members.
Diös’ Annual General Meeting will be held in Östersund in April 2027.
Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by email to valberedning@dios.se or by post to Diös Fastigheter AB, Nomination Committee, Box 188, SE-831 22 Östersund, Sweden. Proposals must be received by the Nomination Committee no later than 10 January 2027.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting and on Diös’ website.
