it has entered into a development and publishing agreement with Chengdu Recursive Dolphin Technology Co. Ltd.

and project lead er of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, for the development of the sequel to the soulslike action RPG, which was successfully
released
in July 2025 and generated more than

30 million
in revenues
in just eight months since its launch .
Following the acquisition of the intellectual property rights relating to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, announced on April 27, 2026, the Group holds full ownership of the IP. Under the terms of the agreement, Chengdu Recursive Dolphin Technology Co. Ltd. will
lead the
creative
development of
the sequel, while Digital Bros, through its publishing label 505 Games, will serve as the exclusive worldwide publisher.
The initial investment for the game amounts to Euro
21.5
million.
The agreement is consistent with the Group's strategy of investing in
fully
owned intellectual
property
with a proven commercial track record and long -
term growth potential, enabling the
Group
to maximise commercial upside while mitigating execution risk in a videogame industry that continues to face challenging market conditions.
