Saluggia, October 5, 2026 – Updating the notice published on December 22, 2025 , please find below the the new scheduled date for the approval of the Third Quarter 2026 results approval .

The conference call for the presentation of the financials results to the investors will take pla ce, as in the past, on the same day of the approval by the Board of Directors. The tim ing will be communicated as soon as scheduled .
