Desert Control AS: New last day of trading in subscription rights in the fully underwritten rights issue

Sandnes, Norway, 4 August 2026. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Desert Control AS (the "Company") 07:30 CEST today regarding the last day of trading in subscription rights (the "Subscription Rights") in the Company's rights issue (the "Rights Issue").

As a result of a technical error in the Oslo Stock Exchange systems, the trading in the Subscription Rights was stopped after close of trading on 3 August 2026 and the Subscription Rights are consequently not tradable today. To ensure a transparent last day of trading in the Subscription Rights, the Oslo Stock Exchange will reopen trading in the Subscription Rights on 5 August 2026. No other dates will be changed.

Accordingly, 5 August 2026 will be the last day of trading in the Subscription Rights and the trading period in the Subscription Rights in the Rights Issue will expire on 5 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST). The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") expires on 10 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Subscription Rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period on 10 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST), or not sold before the close of trading tomorrow, 5 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST), will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder upon expiry of the Subscription Period.
