Sandnes, Norway, 4 August 2026. Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by Desert Control AS (the "Company") regarding the fully underwritten rights issue of 256,172,241 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of 0.2733 per Offer Share, to raise gross proceeds of NOK 70 million (the "Rights Issue").

The trading period in subscription rights in the Rights Issue expires today, 4 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST). The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") expires on 10 August 2026 16:30 (CEST).

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period on 10 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST) or not sold before close of trading today, 4 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST), will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder upon expiry of the Subscription Period.
