Sandnes, Norway, 10 August 2026. Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by Desert Control AS (the "Company") regarding the fully underwritten rights issue of 256,172,241 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.003, at a subscription price of 0.2733 per Offer Share, to raise gross proceeds of NOK 70 million (the "Rights Issue").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") expires today, 10 August 2026, at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Subscriptions for Offer Shares must be made within the expiry of the Subscription Period and may either be made through the VPS online subscription system or by submitting a correctly completed subscription form to Arctic Securities AS (the "Manager").

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
